Refund policy

At Marfa, we offer a 30-calendar-day return period from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To accept the return, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In perfect condition

  • With all tags intact

  • In its original packaging

We will also need the proof of purchase.

How to request a return?

Simply email us at info@marfathelabel.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Once approved, we will send you:

  • A shipping label

  • Clear instructions to return the package

Note: Returns that have not been authorized in advance by our team cannot be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as you receive it at info@marfathelabel.com. We will resolve it with you quickly and personally.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Made-to-measure or personalized products

  • Items on sale or discounted

  • Gift cards

Need to make an exchange?

The fastest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Right of withdrawal (only for orders within the EU)

If your order ships within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without needing to justify the reason.

Items must be in the same conditions detailed above: unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will confirm by email whether it has been approved.
If everything is in order, we will automatically refund your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks may take a little longer to reflect the refund in your account.
