Order Processing

Once you place your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process, prepare, and pack it.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day.

When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Domestic Shipping (Spain)

  • Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express shipping: 24–48 business hours

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and season (e.g., sales or Christmas).
We offer free shipping on orders over €80.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship to various countries across Europe and other regions.
Estimated delivery times are:

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Please note that international shipments may be subject to taxes, fees, or customs duties in the destination country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Marfa is not responsible for delays or losses caused by errors in the address provided by the customer.
